By accessing or using SupaProof (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

SupaProof is a public, experimental platform. Use of the Service indicates your understanding and acceptance of its constraints, limitations, and intentional design choices.

2. Description of the Service

SupaProof is a public platform that allows users to create and discover time-locked proofs ("Capsules") that unlock at a future date and time.

Key characteristics of the Service:

• Capsules are public by default
• Message content is hidden until the selected unlock time
• Once unlocked, content is intended to be permanent and immutable within the Service
• Capsules cannot be edited or deleted after creation
• No user accounts or authentication are required
• Participation is anonymous or pseudonymous

The Service exists to allow users to commit information to the future and allow others to observe and anticipate its eventual reveal.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.

By using SupaProof, you represent that you are legally permitted to do so.

4. User Content

4.1 Capsule Submissions

When creating a Capsule, you may submit:

• A title
• An optional author name
• An optional description
• Message content
• A future unlock date and time

All Capsules are public. SupaProof does not support private, restricted, or confidential submissions.

4.2 Immutability and Permanence

By submitting content, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

• Capsules cannot be edited or modified after submission and are intended to remain undeletable within the Service
• Once unlocked, capsule content is intended to remain publicly visible within the Service
• Capsule metadata (including timestamps, hashes, and engagement counts) may persist indefinitely
• Regret, mistake, or change of intent does not entitle you to removal or alteration

Immutability is a core feature of SupaProof.

5. Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for the content you submit.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Violates applicable law
• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Discloses personal data you lack the right to share
• Is defamatory, threatening, or unlawful

SupaProof does not pre-screen content and provides no moderation or reporting tools.

6. No Deletion, No Moderation, No Appeals

SupaProof operates without:

• Content deletion
• Content editing
• Reporting or flagging systems
• Moderation queues
• Appeals processes

Content submitted to SupaProof may remain publicly accessible even if it later becomes undesirable, controversial, or harmful.

Use the Service accordingly.

Notwithstanding the above, SupaProof reserves the right to remove or restrict access to content where required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or a valid governmental or court order.

7. Comments and Engagement

Users may submit comments on unlocked Capsules.

Comments are:

• Public
• Permanent
• Immutable

Comments cannot be edited or deleted once submitted.

8. Watch Functionality and Rate Limiting

The "Watch" feature allows users to signal interest in a locked Capsule.

• Watch actions are informational only
• Watching does not imply endorsement, approval, or prediction
• Watch actions are rate-limited
• Watching permanently ends once a Capsule unlocks

SupaProof may impose technical limits on usage to preserve system integrity.

9. Cryptography, Hashes, and Trust Limitations

SupaProof may display cryptographic hashes or metadata related to submissions.

You acknowledge that:

• These are informational, not guarantees
• SupaProof does not cryptographically enforce unlock timing
• The Service should not be relied upon as a secure escrow, legal filing system, or censorship-resistant archive

10. No Confidentiality or Privacy Expectations

All Capsules are public.

Do not submit:

• Secrets
• Credentials
• Sensitive personal data
• Confidential or legally protected information

SupaProof provides no confidentiality guarantees.

11. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you submit.

By submitting content, you grant SupaProof a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to store, display, reproduce, and distribute your content as required to operate the Service.

12. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

SupaProof does not guarantee:

• Continuous availability
• Permanent hosting
• Error-free operation

The Service may change or be discontinued at any time.

13. Disclaimers

SupaProof makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for purpose, security, or legal validity.

Use the Service at your own risk.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SupaProof is not liable for:

• Loss of data
• Reputational harm
• Emotional distress
• Legal consequences arising from user content
• Reliance on unlocked content

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SupaProof from claims arising from:

• Content you submit
• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

17. Changes to These Terms

SupaProof may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
